We have treasured the beauty, warmth and durability of traditional brick veneer exterior for hundreds of years. However, many structures have been built with alternative types of siding products such as wood, aluminum, vinyl or synthetic stucco. Structures built with this type of cladding material may not have the footings, or door and window lintels which are required for full thickness masonry veneer.
Now there is a way to incorporate the look and feel of traditional brick veneer into these structures! By using our EZ Wall® Engineered Thin Brick System you can economically replace or accent these other types of siding products with genuine clay, kiln-fired thin brick. In fact, since thin brick is indistinguishable from its full thickness cousin, many of the local brick buildings you have admired may well be thin brick.
Our EZ Wall® Engineered Thin Brick System is available with a wide selection of brick colors, textures and finishes to complement the design and site requirements of any project.
The brick selections range from contemporary smooth and glazed brick to traditional reclaimed looks. Special shapes of thin brick can be used to create sills, cornices, quions and other ornamental architectural details. Click here for more information.
Our EZ Wall® engineered thin brick system can be applied in combination with the other siding products mentioned earlier, plus lightweight stone veneer. While most commonly used for remodeling applications, our thin brick system can also be used in new construction where the substantial weight of full thickness masonry is a consideration. On applications like chimneys, dormers, gables and other areas where full thickness masonry would be too heavy, the six pounds per square foot weight of the EZ Wall® Engineered Thin Brick System would be the product of choice. The ability to match many thin bricks to their identical cousin full face brick aids greatly in many applications. Seminars have successfully taught hundreds of Contractors, Builders and Owners to brick their own building projects with our EZ Wall® Engineered Thin Brick System.
